His career began at the tender age of 16 when he joined the Kedia Organisation, under the mentorship of his father, Mr. Tara Chand Kedia, the Chairman of the company. His early exposure to the industry allowed him to gain invaluable insights and expertise, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
In January 1990, Mr. Kedia was appointed to the Board of the Kedia Organisation as a Whole-time Director and was later designated as the Managing Director. His role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including marketing, cement manufacturing, human resources management, information technology, research and technology, and the execution of capital projects. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in steering the company through various phases of growth and transformation.
